In this artwork, I used cross-stitch embroidery on a book page to express silenced stories and unspoken pain. Each stitched “x” becomes a closure, a scar, or a prayer. It reflects the trauma my father endured, and the quiet strength of women who kept memory alive silently, without ever speaking.
