Please read the following terms of sale carefully before making a purchase from our website. These terms of sale (“Terms of Sale”) outline the terms and conditions under which we supply any of the products (“Painting” or “Paintings”) listed on our website, www.whitewallthegallery.com (“our site”).
These Terms of Sale explain who we are, how we will provide products to you, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information.
ORDERING OUR PRODUCTS
You may place orders for products listed on our website by following the outlined process. By placing an order with us, you agree to pay for the products if we accept your order.
Our website allows you to review and amend any errors before submitting your order. Please review your order carefully at each stage of the order process.
All orders are subject to acceptance and approval by us (White Wall The Gallery). We will send you a confirmation email after receiving your order, which serves as our acceptance confirmation. The contract between you and us is formed when we send this email, and you will be charged only after this email is sent.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you change your mind after dispatch, you may return the products according to our returns policy.
Please keep us informed of your contact details so we can reach you if necessary regarding your order or delivery.
AVAILABILITY
All product orders are subject to availability. We will notify you as soon as possible if the products you ordered are unavailable or delayed.
If we cannot supply a product, we will inform you by email and will not process your order. If you have already paid for the product, we will refund the full amount as soon as possible.
PRICES OF PRODUCTS
Prices for products are as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error.
Prices may change periodically, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
Product prices include applicable taxes but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the product price and shown as part of the total amount due during the order process.
HOW TO PAY
We accept payment methods listed on our site. Payment for products and any applicable delivery charges must be made in advance of delivery.
By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and correct.
DELIVERY
We offer delivery based on the timescales provided by our shipping partners (e.g., DHL or FedEx). Please note that delivery times are estimates.
We deliver worldwide only if a complete physical address is provided.
All delivery costs or other expenses must be paid by an acceptable credit card or through the payment option provided on the website’s checkout page before shipment. Upon receipt of the purchase price and any applicable costs, we (White Wall The Gallery) will arrange delivery of the artwork/product via a common carrier to the specified address.
Once the shipment is handed over to the shipping company/courier, they assume full responsibility for the safety of the products/paintings.
In the event of damage during shipping, the shipping company/courier is responsible for handling financial aspects of the damage. Customers should file complaints directly with the shipping agency or courier for reimbursement.
Damage claims must be made with the shipping/courier company, not with White Wall The Gallery.
Delivery is completed when we deliver the products to the address provided.
REFUND
White Wall The Gallery will fully refund the purchase price if customers return the purchased product/paintings within 24 hours of the purchase at our physical gallery.
Overseas customers can claim a refund by returning purchased paintings within 72 hours after receipt.
To claim a refund, customers must pack and ship the paintings back to White Wall The Gallery at their own expense.
Once the returned shipment arrives in satisfactory condition, the customer’s account will be credited accordingly. Note that delivery costs are non-refundable.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL
White Wall The Gallery is not liable for failure to perform or delays in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, fire, flood, severe weather, explosions, war, terrorism, or government actions. We will:
(a) Take reasonable steps to prevent or minimize the failure or delay; (b) Refund all amounts paid under the affected contract if we cannot perform; and (c) Allow cancellation of your order with a refund if there is a substantial delay.
RESOLVING DISPUTES
EACH TERM OF SALE OPERATES INDEPENDENTLY
Each provision of these Terms of Sale operates separately. If any court or authority finds a provision unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any contract for the purchase of products through our site and any disputes or claims arising from it will be governed by Pakistani law.
